“I asked Smart Movers Canada to move a slate pool table and huge upright piano to my house from another person giving these items away. What exceeded my expectation was the customer service and responsiveness from Vicky in organizing this. What drew me to the company was the no-additional fee for disassembly, reassembly, re-leveling of the pool table in which two other companies quoted additional fees for. In addition, the hourly rates are extremely competitive. I was a little bit confused & concerned when I was quoted for 3 movers but arrived to find 5 but Vasily was very professional and upfront and explained to me the rationale for this (extremely heavy piano). Unfortunately the piano did not even fit getting it OUT of the guy's house but the movers put every effort into investigating every possible route. Overall I'm very satisfied and will definitely call again in the future.”
